Also the prices are all over the place, with stimpacks costing 100 caps each where as they where 10 in 3. Some super mutants have flame lobbers and it's making some areas that were easy in 3, downright scary in NV. While it is fun, some of the mobs are packing heat that is way above their pay grade. It's the only thing standing between me and No steam bliss.

So I've been playing for the last two weeks just fine, however Windows 10 comes out in a few days and I HATE STEAM.

Unfortunately, the mod authors are AP freaks so I finally had to break the seal on both my 3 and NV copies. Then I decided to put 3 and NV together for a richer experience, using tale of two wastelands. I got 1 and 2 on GOG before they lost the rights, so that was simple enough. Then I decided to play them again since Fallout 4 is coming and I wanted to walk through the whole series. This worked fine and I enjoyed a nocd/nosteam experience until about two weeks ago. I bought Fallout 3 GotY and NV Ultimate (I like my DLCs) when they came out but never bothered with opening the packs since I just pirate them anyway. Normally this isn't an issue, however I have hit a snag.
